Findivo hasn't died... quite the contrary, actually. I've been working hard on the software that I will use to run this place.
Originally, I was going to writ this all up as a custom app (what you see here), then I moved into the frame of mind to use a Content Management System - CMS - to handle everything, and add on my components as custom modules. To that end I tried several systems, but I've not been impressed by any of them. It seems that in order to accomplish the ease-of-use navigation and presentation I have in mind, I'd have to do a LOT more coding than I thought.

Out of this was born "WTFCMS" - I created a family-friendly blog web site: http://www.wtflolomgbbq.com and I've been adding content pretty much everyday, even as I write my own CMS software. Once I get the basic functionality down (Blogging engine, commenting, forums, private messaging, and image management), and finalize how I plan on doing customization, I am going to set up that software here and start getting this site ready for a full launch.
